Clinical Massage Therapy...

This therapy is designed to relieve pain through careful assessment, targeted treatment and tailored rehabilitation. Each session takes a whole-person approach, considering how posture, movement patterns, muscle tension and soft-tissue restrictions may contribute to discomfort.

Treatment may include stretching, massage, gentle manipulation and soft-tissue release. These techniques are adapted to your individual needs and can help improve mobility, support better posture, reduce chronic pain and restore greater freedom of movement. Your progress and comfort remain central throughout the session.

£50 per one-hour session, plus a 15-minute initial consultation.

Massage Therapies

Integrative Massage Therapy offers two distinct treatment approaches, tailored to support your individual wellbeing and therapeutic needs.

Biodynamic Massage...

This massage uses mindful touch to deepen awareness of the body and support overall wellbeing. It is designed to encourage calm, mental clarity, autonomic nervous system regulation and balance within the body’s natural systems.

This therapeutic approach invites you to connect with physical sensations and explore emotions, memories and patterns in a safe, respectful setting. Sessions are guided by your autonomy and personal boundaries, supporting greater acceptance, self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.

£50 per one-hour weekly sessions, plus a 15-minute initial consultation.

Helping Hands Extended

testimonials

Ryan was very quick to pinpoint the issues in my back, and was very effective in his manipulations. He was very professional, friendly, and helped to ease the tension/stiffness in my back. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone needing a quality and effective massage, particularly for back issues. Thanks Ryan!

Initially I used these sessions to relieve long-standing body pains, but this evolved into a place of self-exploration through movement.
It is a safe place to explore what comes up. There is no judgement, just a place of learning and acceptance
As a GP I know that the biomedical approach can only achieved so much. Wanting to take a different view about my health and well-being led me to Ryan.
I'd thoroughly recommend Ryan to anyone who is struggling with symptoms which they want to heal and understand in a holistic way.

Safety and trust is key and when I go and see Ryan I always feel this. I suffered with lower left foot pain for about 18 months and I have seen dramatic improvements since seeing Ryan. I have had about 6 sessions so far. Ryan works with me intuitively to release tightness and encourages me gently to use my breath, it’s really working and now part of my overall self care… all I can say is that I am glad I found him when I did.
